Terms and Conditions
FEES: The 2012 class fee is $5,500 per participant for all classes in Paris and for the Truffle Extravaganza in Provence. The 2012 fee for classic Provence classes is $5,000. In Paris, the fee includes all visits, tastings, lunches Monday through Friday, but not dinners and lodging. In Provence, the fee includes all visits, tastings, and all meals (except for designated free nights on Monday and Wednesday) but not lodging. For the Truffle Extravaganza, the fee includes all visits, truffle dinners Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and lunches Tuesday through Friday. There will be a free night on Thursday. The fee does not include transportation to Vaison or Paris or lodging. (A list of recommended hotels is sent to enrolled students.)
DEPOSIT: A nonrefundable deposit of $2000 per person is required to confirm enrollment in the Paris or truffle classes. The nonrefundable deposit for the Provence class is $1,500 per person. . Click here for details.
FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment is due no later than 120 days prior to the start of the program. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to regard your reservation as cancelled and retain your deposit.
In the event that 'At Home with Patricia Wells' must cancel for any reason other than "force majeur," or "act of God," all fees, including deposits, will be returned in full. The costs of any travel arrangements you may have made will however not be reimbursed.
Only direct bookings are valid. A reservation that is resold to a third party will be invalid and all fees forfeited.
'At Home with Patricia Wells' classes are designed for adults.
Due to the popularity of these classes Patricia Wells, Ltd. requests that you enroll in only one class per year.
Note: Smoking is not permitted in either the Paris or the Provence classes.
Travel Insurance
We recommend travel insurance to protect against loss of enrollment fees for late cancellations.
